General Questions
What is my User ID and Password?
What if I forget my Password?
How can I be assured that my account information will remain private and secure?
What if someone obtains my user name or password?
Unless you were assigned a special User ID and/or Password, your User ID is your Social Security Number and your Password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Only type in the numbers. Do not enter any spaces, dashes or other characters.
If you forget your password, you will need to contact us to have it reset. Please visit our Contact page for information on how to contact us.
Only browsers that support Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and at least 40-bit encryption can be used to access 401kFocus.com. Also, 401kFocus.com has a built-in time-out that will end your session after 10 minutes if you are not actively using it.
If a person were to obtain your User ID and attempt to crack your password, your account would be disabled after three unsuccessful attempts to log in. The system will not acknowledge a valid User ID until a valid password is also provided. This means that a person trying to guess your User ID would not know if the User ID was correct unless he or she had also cracked your password.
